Samuel Strong’s Super Soup!

I really like the delicious chicken noodle soup at Wagamama’s, but we can’t go there at the moment so I decided to make my own.

I followed this really simple recipe:

We didn’t have any spring onion so I used a leek instead (I think it was really nice).

We had roast chicken the night before so I made the chicken stock from the bones and used leftover meat in the soup.

The best bit (apart from eating it) was crushing the noodles because it was ever so satisfying!
